Here in our company, we got many new java developers, as we are strict on project structure and coding convention stuffs, at the same time we are aware of giving a good feed to our honorable new developers.

this project was intended for new to medium maven experienced java developers, who wants to use maven. or already been using. i belief you guys will get it helpful.

Yesterday was a great surprise for all of us, you know somewhere in… is a place to make color for people as well as for creating color for their talents too. nice explaination from Samiha esha is here .

howdy, well it’s been really an interesting day for us at office today. actually last week arild proposed to our java team members that we should arrange some small dramas about our every project activities…this function of activities can fill up our communication gap with our clients more efficiently.
our project manager shahana apu arranged a fantastic drama about our idg project with all of us today. she organized the drama quite fantastically. and i must thank to my all team mates for participating in such co-curricula activities. without your cooperation it won’t be possible to make it possible.

now lets come to the real fun. shahana apu wrote a tiny script for us. interesting is that she shuffle the characters and distribute among us. i was really amazed that all of our team members really played outstanding. they took only ten minutes rehearsal and they perform the whole drama quite spontaneously. it’s really kind of absolute new experience for me. i never would even participate in my school’s drama program. but arild really introduced quite nice concept of development to our team. with this small drama project we can easily find out how the problems and flow of work quite easily. this kind of projects really appreciating.

you both guys organized a wonderful signature bonus party… (a party thrown by new talents )… it was too perfect.. moreover “A. Burger” is taste like Wow….

today samiha esha, has opened up the secret of somewhere in… talent’s “First day experience”, it is totally a creative idea. her presentation is pretty organizing way.

Cooking noodles (ho ho ho because its instant cooking package (comes with all prepared spices )

Here food culture is different unlike Asian country they don’t use spices.
Every foods seem (raw at least i feel). I found an Indian restaurant just besides our hotel apartment but problem is they use more spices which is taste to eat but not good for digest.

One escenic ppl “Alexandera” told about “hurry curry” one Pakistani restaurant.

Misho bro and me went for dinner and surprised because of their nice food. I like it.
I wish i will go again but problem is its far away from our hotel.

Tomas (our project leader) took a tour to show some restaurants and shops.
We bought a grilled chicken… we had few part of it but again same problem it seems (raw)…

At last i found noodles which is not tough to cook…. now i know how to cook ( at least one item i can say….) noodles ….

Though it seems too late since i reached in Norway. But did not feel interest to write something right then. Now feeling quite interested to share my Norway feelings…

– Frankness make Norwegian people little bit different

I am enjoying this project because it’s helping me to dig far into escenic platform.

Missing my my parents and sisters and also our always smiley somewhere in… team…
